Tick Ridge Design Company specializes in custom apparel, machine embroidery, DTF printing, sublimation, and laser engraving. Many products are made to order and may include personalized names, numbers, logos, or custom artwork.

Because of the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, and appearance may occur. Colors may appear differently on screens than in person.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full payment is required before production begins on all custom orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is approximately three weeks or less, although actual production times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees.

5. Order Accuracy and Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including:

• Spelling
• Sizes
• Colors
• Names and numbers
• Customization information

Tick Ridge Design Company is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

6. Custom Orders and Final Sale Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or we made an error.

This includes spirit wear, fundraiser merchandise, business apparel, embroidery, DTF printed items, and laser engraved products.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for production.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the materials provided.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tick Ridge Design Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Local pickup may be available in Vincent, Ohio when offered at checkout.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
