Return & Refund Policy

At Tick Ridge Design Company, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and personalized products. Because many of our items are made to order, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Custom and Personalized Items

All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Spirit wear and team stores
  • Fundraiser merchandise
  • Personalized apparel
  • Custom embroidery orders
  • DTF printed items
  • Laser engraved products
  • Business apparel with logos
  • Special event merchandise

Please review all sizing, color, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

If we offer non-custom, ready-to-ship products, these items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage
  • In the original packaging, if applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
