Thank you for shopping with Tick Ridge Design Company. We specialize in custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, and laser engraved products. Because many of our products are made to order, please review the following shipping information carefully.

Processing and Production Time

Most orders are custom-made and typically ship within approximately three weeks or less from the date your order is placed and paid in full.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Product availability
  • Customization requirements
  • Seasonal demand

If your order is part of a team store, fundraiser, or group order, production will generally begin after the store closes or after the order deadline.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tick Ridge Design Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Vincent, Ohio for eligible orders.

To avoid shipping charges, select the pickup option during checkout when available. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup and provided with pickup instructions.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
